On Tuesday 14th January, Jim Parkyn and Alasdair Satchel visited the school. Jim is a senior model maker for Aardman. We looked at a presentation about behind the scenes which was very interesting. He taught us about stop motion animation and how to make little people out of plasticine.

I felt happy and it has inspired me to make stop motion animations. (Jayden, P4)

Me, Lucy and Aoife made an animation. I loved animating my alien. (Anna, P6)

When I was making the little animal I was happy. I enjoyed making the movie, it has inspired me to make more plasticine people. (Lucille, P6)

I enjoyed when we were making our plasticine characters. We got  put into threes and we used our plasticine characters to make a stop motion film! I felt really happy and it was really fun. From this I have been inspired to make my own stop motion films. (Tyler, P5)
